ISS strengthens market position in Switzerland with acquisition of Livit FM Services AG

The takeover of Livit FM Services AG is a strategic acquisition that strengthens ISS Switzerland’s market position. The transaction will enable ISS to expand and develop its service delivery to the real estate industry segment, as Livit FM Services AG looks after a large proportion of Swiss Life properties in Switzerland. As part of the transaction, ISS Switzerland will take over 670 employees and key account contracts within cleaning and technical services, representing around 0.5% of ISS Group revenue.

Livit FM Services AG will be fully integrated into ISS’s Swiss entity in the first quarter of 2023 and will operate under the brand ISS Facility Services AG. The parties have agreed not to disclose the sale price.
