ISS has provided facility services for the global healthcare company for a number of years in selected markets. With the new partnership agreement, ISS will gradually deliver Integrated Facility Services (IFS) through our self delivery model across a large number of countries globally.

“We look forward to further developing this great multi-year partnership. At ISS, it is all about service experience and the value our employees bring to the places we serve. Our self-delivery model ensures we work in a collaborative way integrating services and deploying technology where it makes sense. This is what creates real value for our customers and will benefit this new partnership,” says Sam Hockman, CEO of Global Key Accounts at ISS.

The new contract period initially runs from 1 January 2023 to the end of 2027 curating workplace experiences through delivering services such as cleaning and specialised cleaning, food, office and technical services. These will be delivered by more than 600 ISS placemakers.

The partnership is expected to represent an estimated annual revenue of just below 0.5% of the ISS Group revenue, when fully implemented.
