ISS announced today that it has been awarded a five-year contract to provide integrated facilities services (IFS) to a pharmaceutical company based in the United States with global reach.

“We’re thrilled to have been selected to provide first-generation, integrated services here and are so proud to play our part in supporting our client’s goal of increasing patient access to life-improving treatments,” said Sam Hockman, CEO of Global Key Accounts at ISS.

The services within that scope include facilities management, technical, workplace experience, catering, cleaning, and support services. ISS will provide these services across the client’s corporate office, clinical manufacturing and development, research and development, and commercial manufacturing assets.

“Our selection in this process is a testament to the experience and expertise within our life sciences segment and the latest example of the growth momentum we are generating globally, particularly with large-portfolio clients,” said Susan Wojciechowski, Chief Commercial Officer, ISS Americas.

ISS has announced several new contracts in the last few weeks, including expansions with a global healthcare company and a global technology firm.

The integrated facilities management service mix for ISS includes the provision of technical, food, workplace, and cleaning services, among others. The company provides these offerings across major industry segments, including life sciences, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, banking and professional services, and aviation.
