As part of the renewed contract, ISS will deliver integrated facility management services to offices, plasma donation centres, and manufacturing sites in various regions globally. In total, approximately 1000 ISS employees are expected to be servicing the pharmaceutical customer for the following five years.

The renewed contract has a slightly changed scope and annual revenue is above 1 pct. of Group revenue.

“I am very happy that we can continue our multi-year partnership on a global scale and keep supporting the important work that this company is doing in providing better health to the world,” said Andrew Price, Interim CEO of Global Key Accounts. “The contract is an acknowledgment of our many placemakers who have been delivering a dedicated service throughout the years.”

The scope of services in the renewed contract includes technical maintenance, facilities maintenance and repair, GMP cleaning and general cleaning, food and hospitality services, landscaping and security services as well as a broad variety of support services (mail, laundry, helpdesk, etc.).
