ISS Turkey receives HRH Crown Prince Frederik International Business Award

The handover of the diploma and statuette took place in connection with the annual HRH Crown Prince Frederik International Business Awards, which are awarded to individuals or companies abroad who represent an outstanding effort in promoting sustainable Danish products, services and values worldwide. The award ceremony is arranged together with The Danish Export Association.
 
One award is given within three different award categories, and on selecting ISS Turkey and Cavit Habib for The Business Excellence Award, the jury emphasised that ISS Turkey has created a digital business model in collaboration with employees, which creates transparency and makes it possible to make decisions based on data throughout the company. Furthermore, ISS Turkey was praised for actively working for gender equality and supporting women's rights by creating a workplace that promotes education, unity and supports children's education.

ISS Turkey, a subsidiary of ISS Group, has been present in Turkey since 2005. By 2020, ISS Turkey has expanded its staff from 6,000 to 43,000 and is now the third largest employer in Turkey.

The Business Excellence Award focuses on outstanding practices in managing the organisation and achieving results – within four award criteria: Economic impact, trendsetting innovation, inspiration and future perspective.
