Michael Bjergby appointed as Head of Group Investor Relations at ISS
ISS has appointed Michael Bjergby as Head of Group Investor Relations to further improve the relationship with shareholders and to continuously ensure transparent and relevant disclosures to the capital markets.

Michael Bjergby comes from a position as Vice President – Head of Investor Relations, Tax & Treasury at Pandora, one of the world’s largest jewellery brands. Michael has held various CFO positions in the past including Group CFO at HTL-Strefa (a private equity owned Med-Tech company) and Regional CFO of GN Hearing based in Singapore. Prior to these roles, he has held various positions in GN Store Nord, Novo Nordisk and has also served as an analyst at Dansk Aktieanalyse.
Martin Kjær Hansen, currently Head of Group Investor Relations, will continue in the role until 31 December 2020 and thereafter take on a new challenge internally within ISS.

Michael lives in Klampenborg, Denmark, along with his wife, Camilla and two daughters, aged 11 and 13 years. Michael will start in the role effective 1 January 2021.
