In June 2025, ISS welcomed over 70 alumni to Düsseldorf for the annual Global Alumni Conference (GAC), bringing together past participants from the Global Management Trainee and Finance Graduate Programmes. Representing nearly a decade of cohorts, attendees reconnected with one another, shared experiences, and explored the future of ISS together.
Themed “Space to Thrive”, this year’s conference focused on connection, collaboration, and strategy. Across two days, participants took part in keynote talks, interactive workshops and peer discussions designed to inspire learning and renew their connection to ISS’s purpose and people.
Ganeev Kaur Bagga, Transformation Consultant - Group People & Culture attended the event and commented: "The GAC was a great event, bringing together people from many roles, countries and cohorts, a clear reminder that we are OneISS. It was energising to step back from the day-to-day and see the bigger picture of where ISS is headed and how we each contribute."
Day 1 opened with a deep dive into ISS’s refreshed group strategy, led by Mads Holm, followed by local business insights from the German country leadership team, Christian Steen Larsen and Christof Springer. The day concluded with an interactive strategy workshop, encouraging dialogue and alignment across regions and roles.
Day 2 shifted focus to people and culture, beginning with a welcome from Susan Müller and Ulrike Janzen from the German People & Culture team. A session on talent development, led by Vered Gilboa, Karina Kaufeld Andreasen and Daniel Krumpietz, highlighted opportunities for growth and career development across ISS. The conference closed with a keynote by Andrew Price, who shared the ISS Core Story and reflected on how we create space for both people and performance to thrive.
