Susan Wojciechowski, ISS Chief Commercial Officer, Americas, will co-host a campfire chat at the conference's Innovation Pavilion on the topic: "The Outsourcing Industry Today: Static or Quickly Evolving" Sherri Parman, Partner with Capstan Advisors, will join her as co-host.

"This conference is a great opportunity to showcase the depth of resources, services and thought leadership ISS delivers globally on behalf of our clients," said Susan. "The industry is in an interesting place right now, and service providers like ISS can provide strategic insights and resources to add real value to end users as they translate the impact of turbulent economic and geo-political factors impacting their business.”

Margot Slattery, Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion, and Paul Sitton, Global Head of Technical Services, have further contributed to CoreNet Global's thought leadership through podcast appearances to be aired during the conference. Margot discusses ways inclusive workplaces can connect diversity and inclusion to business strategies in “The D&I Paradox,” and Paul envisions future industry advances and accomplishments for clients in “A Look Back: 2025." You can find out more about ISS and our presence at the 2022 CoreNet Global Summit here.

One of the marquee events during the conference will be the announcement of the winner of the association's Global Innovators Award. As previously announced, ISS was recognized as a finalist for the award for its use of AI-based recruiting technology that speeds the company’s recruiting process, strengthens inclusive hiring practices, and elevates its overall hiring, application, and onboarding experience to serve the resource needs of client organizations as well as internal teams.

The integrated facilities management service mix for ISS includes the provision of technical, food, and workplace services. The company provides these offerings across major industry segments, including technology, manufacturing, banking and professional services, life sciences, healthcare, and aviation.
