ISS announces North America leadership changes

ISS has appointed Americas CEO Dan Ryan as Group Chief Commercial Officer as of January 1, 2021. He has served in the role in an interim capacity since September 2020. Dan will lead a revamped Group Commercial function that will drive growth and work more closely with global and local customers in our prioritized segments. He will continue his duties as CEO of the Americas region and move on from his day-to-day role as North America (United States and Canada) Country Manager/CEO.

 

Susanne Jorgensen has been named North America CEO after serving in the interim role since September. She was previously CFO for the Americas region starting in 2017. Susanne will continue to lead the North America team in using the global scale of ISS to our advantage while exceeding customer expectations.

 

ISS has appointed Helene Kennan as Global Head of Food Programs to drive innovation, thought leadership and continuous improvement in our food services portfolio. As CEO of ISS Guckenheimer since 2018, Helene has supported the North America food team in expanding client partnerships and adapting to the new normal in the workplace.

 

ISS Guckenheimer COO Paul Fairhead will succeed Helene as CEO. Paul has been with ISS since 2008 in operational and food service leadership roles. He was appointed ISS Guckenheimer COO in 2018. He has worked closely with Helene and other leaders to champion the continued growth and integration of our food business.
