Former CBRE executive brings two decades of CRE, facilities management and project management experience to the global workplace experience and facility management giant

CHICAGO, IL – March 9, 2026 – ISS, a global leader in workplace experience and facility management with 325,000 employees globally and one of the top 40 largest private employers in the world, has appointed industry leader Brian Velo as Senior Vice President of Sales for ISS North America. In this role, Velo will be responsible for delivering curated, experience-driven facility management, workplace and culinary solutions across the U.S. — accelerating the company’s growth by expanding relationships with existing clients and introducing new organizations to ISS’ offerings.
Velo will oversee a national team of professionals focused on delivering tailored, high-impact solutions for current and prospective ISS clients, providing guidance on sales strategy for national accounts across ISS.
Before joining ISS, Velo was responsible for enterprise solutions as senior managing director at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. Prior to that, at Cushman & Wakefield Global Occupier Services, Velo oversaw new business development for the eastern region of the U.S. as an executive vice president. He has also held consulting roles at both JLL and Deloitte, where he advised leaders on real estate facility operations and business strategy.
“Brian has built a reputation as being highly attuned to client needs, curating solutions to improve their employee experience through integrated facilities management,” said Steve Quick, CEO, ISS Americas. “His proven track record of finding ways to improve and streamline the sales process will be a strong asset as he brings that same impact to this role.”
“This new role represents the culmination of my professional journey to date,” said Velo. “ISS is a people-first business, and their approach to building client partnerships grounded in trust, consistency and extraordinary workplace experiences aligns strongly with my own philosophy. I’m eager to help advance that vision across the business.”
