ISS serves up coffee with a purpose in new partnership with Noje

The three-year contact partnership will see ISS’s Unity Coffee brand collaborate with The London Coffee Factory, London’s first fully electric, clean-air coffee roastery, which eliminates the emissions associated with traditional coffee roasting.

Based inside the historic 120-year-old Bottle Factory in Peckham, the London Coffee Factory roast on two state-of-the-art, electric induction roasters with carbon filtration for ultra-low emissions, all powered by renewable energy. Alongside the new roastery, Noje’s community initiative, Social Impact Coffee, will see 65% of profits reinvested into community projects, giving a meaningful purpose to every cup served.

From 15 September 2025, the partnership will see ISS deliver premium, ethically sourced coffee to more than 50 customer sites across London. The initiative underscores ISS’s commitments both to creating social value as well as providing the freshest, highest quality coffee experience for customers through its Unity Coffee brand.
