ISS brings 'Nation's Favourite Coffee' to over 20 NHS client sites

Costa has been voted the UK’s favourite coffee shop for 14 concurrent year now, and with a recurring customer base of over 20 million, ISS is delighted to welcome such a beloved and respected chain back into its healthcare service offerings.

Crucially, the Costa brand has also proven consistent with ISS’s ongoing sustainability goals. The company has demonstrated an affirmative sustainability strategy in “Coffee with Commitment”, incorporating plant-based cups, positive impacts on nature and farmers, and a pledge to cut all carbon emissions per serving by 50%.

Following the first site transition last November, the full rollout has now been completed and we were pleased to be able to supply 500 free drinks to all staff working within our hospitals on the 5^th July to help celebrate the 75^th birthday of the NHS.
