Our placemakers create our teams…
During the first Covid-19 lockdown in Q1-Q2 2020, Silence was given ‘Key Worker’ status in recognition of his role in helping to ensure retail banking and other clients remained safe and healthy as they contributed to keeping the economy going. Despite the challenges, Silence didn’t miss a single shift or branch clean.
And our teams create winning partnerships
Continuous improvement and innovation have been at the forefront of the ISS and Atos partnership. At the start of the partnership, we rolled out sensor technology nationally across 28 client core locations which influenced client estates strategy. Sensor-based occupancy audits created savings approaching £5million per annum to date. In addition to the financial benefits, sensor technology enabled the client health and safety team to implement Covid protocols quickly and effectively to ensure optimum business operations and safe working environments.
Partners in Cleaning
The pandemic caused many organisations to struggle during the Covid pandemic lockdowns. However, the strong relationship with our banking client allowed the trust in our cleaning service to lead from the front in safeguarding this retail banking client, their employees, customers and communities. The work we did prior to 2020 laid the foundation to help us to adapt quickly to the challenges faced during the pandemic.
Liz Benison, CEO ISS UK & Ireland commented:
“Winning these awards demonstrates the power of the long term relationships we foster with our customers. These partnerships allow us to be bold and innovate, because we have already built trust and worked closely with the organisation. The partnerships in cleaning and technology celebrated by these awards are great examples of this. And above all, successful partnerships are down to our people who create exceptional service moments that enhance lives and make the world work better. Silence embodies that ethos so I am thrilled his contribution has been recognised by PFM.”
