FM industry conference discusses the future of work

Held on Tuesday 23rd February and hosted by industry commentators i-FM,over 350 delegates joined the conference virtually for a packed agenda, a varied speaker line-up and multitude of conversation with many of the leading figures from the profession and beyond. The virtual event was designed to mirror the participation and interaction from the standard in-person event with a busy commentary via online chat, booths for further discussion and breakout sessions, Q&A debates, presentations and online networking.
Martin Pickard, Chair of i-FM and FM industry guru opened the day with a minute’s consideration and appreciation for people affected by COVID-19 and for the many key workers in the FM industry who have been working tirelessly throughout the pandemic.
Simon Titchener followed with a keynote address to set the scene, discussing what certainties there are in these uncertain times. Read Simon’s full address here
