ISS winner of the Corporate Receptionist of the Year 2020

Diana wowed the judges all the way through the different stages of the competition even finishing her presentation in sign language to demonstrate her exceptional skill to engage and go above and beyond even when having to wear a mask.

The event celebrated the incredible professionalism of ten finalists in this particularly challenging year. Each was shortlisted after a rigorous two stage selection process by a judging panel of industry leaders. This year the second stage included a personal presentation, interview and a demanding role play all conducted virtually via Zoom.

“What an absolute honour it is to win”, said Diana Riaubiene, speaking shortly afterwards. “This has inspired me to pursue my passion for excellent customer service and to encourage others to do the same”.

In addition to the prestigious trophy, Diana won various prizes which include a fully hosted, five-day trip to New York, and a two-day leadership development programme.
