• You need to have achieved – or be on track to achieve – a 2.2 (or equivalent) in your chosen degree

• You need to be eligible to work in the UK (Please note we do not currently offer sponsorship. If you hold a student visa restricting, you to working 20 hours a week within term time we will not be able to proceed with your application)

• You must be flexible to work across the UK for the duration of the 18-month programme

You will have four key support structures:

• A programme mentor, typically one of our senior leadership team members

• A Graduate Alumni buddy

We are not able to offer support in finding accommodation for our graduates. In order to make it easier, we connect all of our new graduates in advance so they can share their experiences and help each other find accommodation.
At the beginning of the programme you will be given a Graduate Development Plan (GDP) – this will document your journey, goals and objectives throughout the course of the 18 months.
The skills and experience you gain during the programme will enable you to apply for a post-programme role from a wealth of exciting UK and Global vacancies. You will be fully supported through the process.
