Report a conduct concern

In line with ISS Values and the Code of Conduct, the business integrity of ISS is non-negotiable. ISS is committed to conducting our business in accordance with the law and high ethical standards.

  • ISS has adopted a hotline and reporting system that makes it possible for employees and other stakeholders to report concerns in a secure and confidential manner.
  • If you are an employee, customer or other stakeholder and believe there is a breach of the ISS Code of Conduct, our policies or relevant laws and regulations, we encourage you to report this. By reporting you are acting in the spirit of our Code of Conduct and Values and helping to protect our business and our reputation.
  • All reported concerns are reported through to our Pacific Director of People and Culture and depending on the nature and seriousness of the concern, may be directed to our Legal Director, Pacific CFO and/or CEO.

How to report

If you wish to report a concern you can report the matter by accessing our 24/7 hotline. To facilitate investigation of the matter, you are encouraged to identify yourself and explain your concern in sufficient detail.

This step-by-step Ombudsman Grievance Handling Process provides a clear and consistent framework for addressing grievances, supporting fair and confidential resolution of concerns.
 

Investigation process

All concerns raised will be promptly investigated by the appropriate Country leadership team member and/or their delegate. 

Protection – no retaliation against reporters

If you report a concern to ISS in good faith, we will ensure that there will be no discriminatory or retaliatory action against you.

Retaliation means any direct or indirect act or omission which causes or may cause unjustified detriment to the reporter. If you believe you have been retaliated against for reporting or participating in an investigation, you should immediately report such perceived retaliation to the Country leadership team member who has been managing your concern.

Alternative reporting options

For issues that you believe remain unresolved or if you believe are not appropriate to be escalated within country you are also able to report concerns to ISS Group via the global ISS Speak Up Policy. Details on our global Speak Up Line are available via our global website.
