ISS Indonesia Signs Collective Labor Agreement 2025–2027: Strengthening Commitment to Employee Well-being and Harmonious Industrial Relations

ISS Indonesia officially signed the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) for the 2025–2027 period together with employee representatives from PK FSB NIKEUBA ISS, PUK SERPISSI, and PUK SEKAR ADI ISS. The signing marks a shared commitment to advancing employee well-being and fostering sustainable, harmonious industrial relations.

The signing ceremony took place at ISS Indonesia’s headquarters, Graha ISS, Bintaro, on Thursday, September 4, 2025, and was attended by more than 150 participants. Distinguished guests included representatives from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia and labor unions, Indra, S.H., Special Staff to the Minister of Manpower, Carlos Rajagukguk, Chairman of DPP FSB NIKEUBA, Muhamad Rusdi, President of DPP ASPEK Indonesia, along with union representatives affiliated with ISS Indonesia. Representing ISS,  Muhammad Sofyan, CEO of ISS Indonesia, attended the event, along with the entire Board of Directors of ISS Indonesia, and Preeti Kaul, People & Culture Director ISS APAC.

In his remarks, Muhammad Sofyan, CEO of ISS Indonesia, emphasized:

Representing the Ministry of Manpower, Indra, S.H., Special Staff to the Minister of Manpower, praised ISS Indonesia’s workforce management practices:

“ISS Indonesia demonstrates best practices in fostering positive industrial relations. Compliance with regulations, respect for workers’ rights, commitment to well-being and safety, and acknowledgment of labor unions are reflected in this Collective Labor Agreement. This is an excellent example set by ISS Indonesia, and we hope other companies will adopt these positive practices to improve our labor ecosystem and strengthen industrial growth.”

The signing of the 2025–2027 CLA is the result of constructive and transparent dialogue between management and labor unions. Over the past several months, both parties have engaged in intensive discussions to formulate an agreement that balances the interests of all stakeholders, covering improvements in employee welfare, protection of workers’ rights, as well as reinforcing inclusive and sustainable workplace culture and occupational health and safety.

With this agreement, ISS Indonesia reaffirms its commitment to being a workplace that values every individual’s contribution.
