FELISHA (Female Community Sharing) is a women’s community within ISS Indonesia, established in 2021 as a platform for learning, collaboration, and empowerment for all female placemakers. With more than 450 active members, FELISHA aims to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment through four pillars: Leadership, Work-life Balance, Personal Development, and Financial Management.

Since October 2025, ISS Indonesia has been entrusted with managing facility services at PT Purantara Mitra Angkasa Dua (Purantara), an in-flight catering company that plays a vital role in delivering high-quality meals and beverages for both domestic and international flights.

ISS Indonesia officially signed the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) for the 2025–2027 period together with employee representatives from PK FSB NIKEUBA ISS, PUK SERPISSI, and PUK SEKAR ADI ISS. The signing marks a shared commitment to advancing employee well-being and fostering sustainable, harmonious industrial relations.

ISS Indonesia has been entrusted to manage operations at OPPO Indonesia Manufacturing, delivering Cleaning Services, Gardening Services, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) as part of its commitment to providing professional facility solutions.

As a facility services provider with a strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices, ISS Indonesia was invited to speak at MRT Jakarta’s Safety Talk program on the theme “Hazardous Waste (B3) and Its Management.”

ISS Indonesia is now operating at Indo Raya Tenaga, Indonesia’s lowest-emission USC+SCR power plant operator and the developer of the Jawa 9 & 10 project, to enhance operations through the adoption of technology and improvements in service quality.

ISS Indonesia is proud to be reappointed as the facility services provider for the Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC)—a prestigious venue known for hosting high-profile national and international events, including conferences, exhibitions, and official government functions.

ISS Indonesia is honored to have been entrusted to deliver facility services at Kemenkes Surabaya Hospital, the first and largest vertical hospital under Indonesia’s Ministry of Health.

On July 9, ISS Indonesia was honored to take part in Health & Safety Month 2025, hosted by Dynapack Asia—a key event that reinforces the importance of safety leadership across industries.

ISS Indonesia is proud to support Permata Bank in securing the Gold Greenship Certification for its building located in Bintaro Sector 7—a recognition awarded by the Green Building Council Indonesia for outstanding environmental performance.
