We know that change can feel uncertain. Our priority is to be open, clear and supportive as we move forward together. Any changes will be gradual, carefully planned and clearly communicated.

Who is ISS?
ISS is a facility management company that supports workplaces across Australia and New Zealand. We are also part of a global organisation operating in more than 30 countries around the world.
Across Australia and New Zealand, more than 15,000 people work with ISS in sectors such as healthcare, education, government, defence, aviation and resources. Many of our people, like you, work in kitchens, cafés and on client sites every day.
In catering, ISS is one of the largest providers in the world and with Cater Plus joining ISS, you are now part of a larger catering community.
At ISS, we call our people Placemakers. A Placemaker is someone who helps create welcoming, safe and positive places through the work they do every day. This is closely linked to our mission: we make space for people and business to thrive.
Like Cater Plus, our business is built on people, service and pride in what we do every day.

I'm really pleased to welcome you to ISS.
Cater Plus has built a strong reputation for quality, care and professionalism and it’s clear that this comes from the people behind the service. That’s what stood out to us most and it’s why we’re so excited to bring our organisations together.
I know that announcements like this can raise questions. What I want to reassure you of is that our focus right now is continuity and respect for what you’ve built. There are no immediate changes to your roles, teams or day-to-day work and pay. Your local leaders and teams remain at the centre of Cater Plus operations.
Over time, we’ll take a thoughtful approach to how we come together, learning from each other and creating opportunities where it makes sense. We’ll keep you informed as things evolve and make sure you have clear information along the way.
