ISS wins ERB Excellence Award for Employers for the second time

ISS Hong Kong received the “ERB Excellence Award for Employer” in the 10th ERB “Manpower Development Scheme” Award Presentation Ceremony, organized by The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) on 10 March 2018 at the Southorn Stadium in Wan Chai.

Ms. Renata Loo, Director of People & Culture, ISS Hong Kong said,
“ISS endeavors to support the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) by providing internships and employment opportunities to its trainees for the 9 consecutive years.   We are honored to receive the Grand Award for the second time that our contributions and efforts in providing equal job opportunities are well recognized by the industry.”

About Manpower Development Scheme
It aims at assisting service targets (All eligible employees in Hong Kong (including new arrivals) aged 15 or above and with education attainment of sub-degree or below) to re-enter the employment market upon completion of training, to sustain in their new posts, and to move up their career ladders.

This year, a total of 39 employers won the awards and three companies received the highest recognition - ERB Excellence Award for Employers.
