Apple Award 2017 Grand Champion - Lam Choi King Jo Jo

Ms. Lam Choi King, Jo Jo, our 2017 Apple Award Champion coming from the Specialist Cleaning Services has worked with ISS for almost 10 years. She joined ISS as a supervisor and was promoted to the Assistant Site Manager of Alexandra House, serving one of our key account customer, Hong Kong Land. She leads a team of over 70 cleaners to perform day-to-day cleaning services for Alexandra House. She is a responsible, polite and helpful person, you can always see a warm smile on her face. She has strong ownership and is willing to go extra miles to meet our customer’s purpose and protect their interest which gained our customers' appreciation and trust. With her endeavors to strive for better service, she received the most votes from the Employee Caring and Engagement Committee board members & all ISS staff for the Yearly Apple Award.
