ISS receives Good Employer Charter
ISS is delighted to receive the first Good Employer Charter that organized by the Workplace Consultation Promotion Division of the Labour Department, to recognize our efforts in developing an enlightened corporate culture, introducing employee-caring measures and promoting work-life balance through our Employee Caring & Engagement Committee (ECEC).
About the Charter
The Good Employer Charter was launched in Dec 2017, which is a Labour Department campaign to encourage employers of different trades and scales (including small and medium enterprises) to adopt employee-oriented and progressive good human resource management practices, thereby cultivating a good human resource management culture in the workplace.
