ISS Australia wins twelve prestigious Customer Service Awards

Beating last year’s record, ISS Australia has won twelve awards at the Customer Service Institute of Australia’s (CSIA) 2015 Service Excellence Awards, which took place 28 October at Crown Palladium, Melbourne. 
Quoted as the ‘Oscars of customer service’, the annual Service Excellence Awards are Australia’s premier customer service awards. The award recognises the ingenuity and innovation of the country’s most outstanding customer service-driven organisations and individuals across a broad industry base.  

ISS Australia was proud to take home three National Awards for individuals and nine State Awards, including seven individual employee awards, the Large Organisation award for New South Wales and the Training Organisation Award for Queensland. 

Endorsed by the Prime Minister of Australia, the Awards are in their fifteenth year. ISS Australia was delighted to be recognised again at this prestigious event, where they received nine awards in 2014 and eight in 2013. To beat both these records in its third year of nominations is a demonstration of ISS performance in customer service and the dedication of its employees. It shows that the business is well on the way to achieving its vision to become ‘the world’s greatest service organisation’.

- The awards are more and more competitive each year, and this year saw an incredibly high standard. Each winning individual and organisation should be very proud of their achievement. Their awards are testament to their commitment to customer service excellence and passion for creating great customer experiences.
