Focus areas

ISS focuses on three main areas that are in line with our overall business vision and business strategy, the ISS Way, and where ISS holds a unique position to contributing.

  1. Right to work
    ISS  contributes significantly to the right to work, in particular, creation of decent jobs. The core contribution to the Corporate Responsibility of ISS is that we offer people an opportunity to join the labour market and our key competences are managing people effectively and respecting employees’ dignity.

    We work with our employees and the local community and society at large in improving employees’ lives in ways that support development and our business. ISS created more than  12,000 additional new jobs across the world in 2011.

  2. Non-discrimination, equal opportunities and diversity
    ISS depends on employees from different ages, religions, cultures, etc. In order to remain a preferred employer and become a preferred supplier, ISS can demonstrate best practice in relation to our appreciation of diversity and our ability to handle equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
