ISS Finance Graduate Programme

ISS World Services is looking for ambitious finance graduates who are eager to develop their talent in a dynamic and international setting. We promise a steep learning curve throughout our three-year programme with two years of rotations based at the global head office before we send you out on an international assignment. This is an amazing opportunity to make a difference and kick off an international finance career.

Unique stepping stone towards an international career

Dating back to Frederiksberg in 1901, ISS is today one of the world’s largest service organisations with around 500,000 dedicated employees operating in more than 50 countries. The ISS Finance Graduate Programme is organised around the objective to build a talent pipeline of future ISS finance leaders. In doing so, we want to give our graduates a broadly founded understanding of the aspects of finance in one of the world’s largest organisations.

You will go through a two-year rotation programme anchored in Group Finance at the global head office in Denmark, followed by an international assignment. During your two years at the global head office, you will experience five job rotations in following Group Finance functions: Controlling, Treasury, Internal Audit, Investor Relations and Commercial Finance, which will strengthen your financial skills and give you valuable operational insight into ISS. On each rotation, you will be assigned great responsibilities, and you will be supported by our excellent leaders and colleagues. To support your professional and personal development you will also be assigned a mentor, who will follow you throughout the programme, and on your continued journey within ISS.

Programme Overview

Ambitious and analytical finance graduate with strong interpersonal skills

To be a successful Finance Graduate, the right candidate must be proactive, driven and focused on delivering results. They must use their solid analytical skills, strong commercial mindset and structured approach to quickly adapt to change and get things done. They must possess an international mindset and have strong interpersonal skills, as well as be an outgoing and energetic team player.

The right candidate currently holds or will finish their master’s degree within a relevant field i.e. finance, economics or business administration no later than September 2020. They will have a strong academic record as a top performer, and they have preferably put their competencies to play in relevant work experience from an international organisation during their studies.

Ample opportunity for personal and professional growth in a global organisation

This is a unique opportunity for professional and personal development in an international and dynamic environment, where graduates work closely with top leaders within the company. ISS has an exceptionally open culture with a high degree of professionalism and drive. At ISS, employee development is at the heart of our strategy, and we empower our employees to develop their skills by exposing them to real-life challenges. Success is not measured by rank alone. Career progression is viewed as a continuous development – a passion for performance and finding the next challenge – and we offer outstanding opportunities for those who are willing to take them.

In fact, the ISS Finance Graduate Programme is just the beginning: After successfully completing the programme you will embark on your career at ISS, either at our global head office in Søborg or in one of our country organisations.
