ISS Finance Graduate Programme

ISS Group Finance is looking for ambitious graduates who are willing to develop their talent, make a difference and kick off an international finance career.
ISS offers you a two-year graduate programme anchored in Group Finance at the global head office in Denmark, followed by a 6-12 month international assignment. During your two years at the global head office, you will learn finance in its broadest sense through five job rotations in different Group Finance functions: Controlling, Treasury, Internal Audit, Investor Relations and Commercial Finance, which will strengthen your financial skills and give you valuable operational insight into ISS. 

This is your first step in launching a challenging and rewarding career, offering a unique chance to use your master’s degree in ISS – one of the world’s largest service organizations.

Who are you?

You hold or are close to holding a master’s degree in a relevant subject – for example within finance, economics or business administration. You also have a strong academic record and maybe a few years of work experience. The ISS Finance Graduate programme is challenging and ISS sets high expectations as the aim is to look for the future finance leaders in ISS. To become a finance leader in the global organization, you need an international mindset, plenty of drive, strong interpersonal skills combined with being structured and analytical. If you are also an outgoing and an energetic team player, you might be just the person ISS is looking for.

Qualifications and skills

  • Master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics or related studies 
  • Among the top students 
  • Working experience (e.g. as a working student) is an advantage 
  • International experience (studying, working) is a plus 
  • Strong teamwork skills but also able to work independently 
  • Good networker with a positive drive 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (corporate language is English)
