Michel Combes new board member of ISS
Michel Combes, senior executive at Vodafone, has been appointed member of the Board of Directors of ISS.
Michel Combes (48) has been appointed member of the Board of Directors of ISS Equity A/S, ISS Holding A/S and ISS A/S. Michel Combes is the Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone’s European Region, and a member of the Board of Vodafone Group Plc. He is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Assystem S.A.
“Michel Combes is an international senior executive with very valuable experience from the business service industry and matches ISS perfectly. He has a lot to offer ISS, and I look forward to working with Michel Combes on the continuous development of ISS into a customer-focused, leading facility services provider. I am confident that Michel Combes will make a very strong contribution to ISS,” says Ole Andersen, Chairman of the ISS Board of Directors.
Simultaneously, Christoph Sander has decided to step down from the ISS Board of Directors in order to pursue private interests.
