Ole Andersen New Chairman of the Board of ISS
Copenhagen, 15 December 2008 – Today, ISS Holding A/S announced that Ole Andersen as of today has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of ISS Holding A/S, ISS Equity and ISS A/S replacing Sir Francis Mackay.
Sir Francis Mackay, who has been on the Board since September 2006 and Chairman since April 2007, has decided to step down from the Board in order to devote more time to his other duties.
From September 2003 until May 2008 Ole Andersen was a Senior Partner with EQT Partners where he headed the Copenhagen Office. Mr. Andersen has been a member of the board of ISS since 2005. Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Andersen said:

Prior to joining EQT Partners, Ole Andersen spent 13 years in Investment Banking, most recently as Global Head of Corporate Finance with SEB Enskilda.
Mr. Andersen, who is currently a director of Dako A/S, holds a Masters of Economics from Copenhagen Business School and is a state authorized public accountant.
