ISS Facility Services has purchased Chubb New Zealand’s guarding and patrols businesses. Chubb has over 50 years of security service experience in New Zealand and presently manage a nation-wide base of over 2,000 customers.
Copenhagen, 2 December 2008 – ISS Facility Services has purchased Chubb New Zealand’s guarding and patrols businesses. Chubb has over 50 years of security service experience in New Zealand and presently manage a nation-wide base of over 2,000 customers within manned guarding including event management, and mobile patrols including alarm responses.
“This acquisition is a major step in the strategic transformation of ISS New Zealand into a country-wide facility service provider. The acquisition of Chubb’s manned guarding and mobile patrols business will complement ISS Facility Service’s security operation, FIRST Security and boost its customer base with a well-known and respected business.
