ISS Facility Services in Germany has acquired DEBEOS GmbH, a subsidiary of DaimlerChrysler and a leading provider of internal facility management services in the Stuttgart area. Copenhagen, 15 November 2006 - ISS Facility Services today announced that it has acquired DEBEOS, DaimlerChrysler Objektmanagement und Service GmbH, which is DaimlerChrysler's internal facility management service company based in Stuttgart. DEBEOS offers a comprehensive range of services within technical maintenance services, catering, internal logistics, security, staffing etc., which are primarily provided for DaimlerChrysler properties, including the car manufacturer's conference centre at Wiesensteig, the former headquarters at Möhringen, the Mo.hotel etc.: "This deal is one of the larger acquisitions by the ISS Group this year and a very important one for ISS Germany. It adds more than 30 percent to the annual revenues of our German business, and through acquiring the knowledge and management competencies of DEBEOS, ISS Germany can take a big step towards becoming a provider of integrated facility services to the German market", says Jørgen Lindegaard, Group CEO, the ISS Group. In 2005, DEBEOS had annual revenues of DKK 586 Million. The company employs 548 people. The agreement is subject to approval by the German anti-trust authorities.
