ISS is expanding its Security activities in Asia, and has bought Adams Secuforce, one of Hong Kong’s premier security and guarding companies.

, 17 January 2008 ISS has bought Adams Secuforce in Hong Kong. This acquisition firmly establishes ISS as the leading provider of fully integrated property and facility services in Hong Kong, Greater China and Asia.

Adams Secuforce has over 13 years of experience with Security and Guarding in both the private and public sector, and has over 1,700 employees.

ISS is one of the largest employers in Hong Kong and this acquisition further strengthens ISS both as an employer and as a supplier. ISS Hong Kong is now a company with 12,200 employees and an annual turnover of DKK 800 million.
