Copenhagen, 11 November 2007 – ISS is expanding its operations in Mexico with the acquisition of the pest control business Martex S.A. de C.V.
Martex has been on the Mexican market for over 50 years, and its brand name ‘Rodex’ has become a household name for effective pest control services. Martex is the third largest pest control company in Mexico and the company generated revenues of almost DKK 12.2 million in 2006 and has 76 employees.
With the acquisition of Martex, ISS is expanding its newly established cleaning operations in Mexico to also include pest control.
