Copenhagen, 8 May 2008 – Today, ISS announced that Jakob Stausholm (39) has been appointed new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the ISS Group and its 440,000 employees. He will also join ISS’s Executive Group Management together with Group CEO Jørgen Lindegaard and Group COO Jeff Gravenhorst. Jakob Stausholm will take up his new assignment on 1 September 2008.
Jakob Stausholm joins ISS from a position as Vice President Finance Exploration & Production Asia Pacific for Shell in Singapore. Jakob has had a 20-year long career with Shell and worked all over the world. He has been stationed and lived in The Hague, Netherlands; Buenos Aires, Argentina; London, UK and Singapore.

He has a long and impressive career with one of the world’s largest companies, so he is experienced in operating in a very large and complex organisation. He has a strong international background, so he will feel right at home at ISS, where we operate in 50 countries all over the world. His career has been focussed on financial roles, so ISS will benefit from his experience and competencies as Group CFO.
