ISS has further developed its Reception Excellence service which is already available in a number of ISS countries like France, the Netherlands, UK, Norway and Sweden.
Denmark and Singapore are the latest two countries to offer this key outsourcing service to their clients focusing on the all important 'first & last' impressions for all clients visitors. Both countries have appointed Reception Excellence Product Managers to implement and maintain the quality of this service solution.
"Reception Excellence secures the customers a perfect and consistent service experience within their own receptions. Most executives now agree that the reception is an important factor for the perception of their company, because first and last impressions are crucial. However, only few companies make their reception a high priority. This now becomes possible by outsourcing the service to the ISS Reception Excellence team. The service includes recruitment, training, coaching, quality control etc.," explains Susanne Aaberg, Reception Excellence Product Manager in ISS Facility Services A/S in Denmark.
The Reception Excellence countries service their clients with professional reception services based on the concept of upgrading receptions with serviced focused procedures, trained professional receptionists and substitutes together with a program for both dress code and quality assurance.
"For Singapore this is a natural extension to our current service offering where we already manage passengers' "first impressions" at the Changi Airport - the World's number No. 1 airport," says Mr CC Woon, Country Manager in ISS Singapore.
