1 May 2006, ISS Facility Services in the Netherlands welcomes a new Country
Manager.
The event is a pleasant reunion, as Country Manager Gerard
Brand, Dutch by birth - and heart - returns to ISS in the Netherlands after a
position as Regional Director for Continental Europe and Overseas at the ISS
Group Head Office in Denmark.
"Continuity and stability are my focus
areas for ISS in the Netherlands the upcoming period. After all we are talking
about a fantastic Facility Services company with 21.000 employees who provide
services to 5.000 customers 24 hours a day," said an enthusiastic Gerard
Brand.
"In my previous position I was also responsible for the
Netherlands, so I do not need a lot of tuning in. When I left the Netherlands, I
did it with heartache, so it is a pleasure to return," said Gerard Brand and
continued, "In the vision of the ISS strategy - Route 101 - we in the
Netherlands are convinced that part of the market is interested in outsourcing
their Facility Services. They want to increase efficiency, reduce costs and
focus on their core business. For this ISS is the perfect partner; our core
business is to manage facility services for people by
people."
