ISS in UK has acquired Target Excel and Target Clean and
thereby welcoming 1.200 new employees to the ever growing ISS family. The
acquisition compliments the existing services of ISS, especially in the areas of
office cleaning, dust control, washroom services and waste disposal.

public sector in the Midlands area. This provides an excellent strategic fit and
compliments the existing portfolio of ISS Central. It will allow us to
strengthen our position in the public sector arena, which is a key growth area
in the Midlands," announced Kim Millen, Managing Director of ISS FS Regions in
UK.
Both companies operate predominantly in the British Midlands, with
their base in Birmingham, although they hold one large contract in London,
namely Central Middlesex Hospital under their Medicare label, providing
cleaning, housekeeping, porterage and support services.

knowledge gathered over 35 years in the cleaning industry, Target has adopted a
partnership approach for the overall running of the business - a Partnership
with Customers, a Partnership with Employees, and a Partnership for the
development and growth of the business.
