ISS in the Netherlands has acquired Holland Security Group (HSG) and thereby expanded its security services.

"We are very excited about HSG. Their services are very compatible with ours on both reception and security services. And we share the same vision: To help our clients focus on their core business. We see very clearly the development in this particular market. Employees in reception services will also receive training in security. In short it will be a safe and hospitable reception," said Rolf-Jan Goosen Director of ISS Office Support in the Netherlands.

HSG is a Facility Services company specialized in security and reception services. The company has revenues of EUR 8.8 million and employs more than 275 people.

The board of HSG is very pleased with the new opportunities at ISS.

"HSG is going to be part of a global Facility Services company. This will offer many opportunities to exchange knowledge and experience," said Mr. Meeuwesen, boardmember of HSG. His partner Mr. Van Aanrooy filled in, "By connecting ourselves with one of the world's largest Facility Services companies we can maximize our know-how on Facility Services."
