ISS has acquired the Dutch security company, National Services Company B.V. (NSC) to add security services to the range of ISS Netherlands' facility services.

NSC provides property surveillance, reception services and mobile surveillance. The company has annual revenues of DKK 27 million and employs 85 people.

"We are delighted with the takeover of NSC, which marks our first step into the field of security services. It offers us the chance to strengthen our services, knowledge and experience in this area and further extend them. Security services fit perfectly into our existing portfolio of facility services", says Rolf-Jan Goosen, ISS Office Support Services in The Netherlands.

ISS Netherlands' move into security services is in line with the ISS vision of offering a comprehensive package of facility services. However, with ISS as new owners NSC will be ensured continued success and the opportunity to offer their customers other services from ISS.
