ISS Coflex in UK was recently awarded the complete Integrated
Facility Services contract for one of Europe's leading Defence Electronics
Companies, SELEX Sensors and Airborne Systems (S&AS) UK. The contract is a
strong building block in ISS' corporate strategy to develop the UK market for
integrated service solutions.
ISS Coflex will self-perform all Facility
Management, office services, catering, cleaning and maintenance at the customer
sites. ISS Waterers Landscape will provide further support for grounds
maintenance.
"The client had a big appetite for achieving integration,
not just at the service operations but into their core business. To facilitate
this, we will align our service delivery to the metrics by which SELEX S&AS
UK measures its core business. Our focus will be on how we support the SELEX
S&AS UK objectives: order intake sales, and profit," says Nicholas Marsh,

The contract at SELEX
S&AS UK comprises four locations at Edinburgh, Luton, Basildon and
Southampton, covering a total of 110,000 m2 and 4,000 employees. At each
location the facilities comprise of corporate offices, research and development,
manufacturing including clean rooms, and specialist test and evaluation
capabilities.
