ISS services four of the top five airports in the U.S.
ISS Aviation is proud to announce that it services four of the top five airports in the United States, which were ranked according to passenger satisfaction in a study by J.D. Power & Associates.
The airports that ISS services which made the top five list in the 2009 study on overall passenger satisfaction for large North American airports (30+ million passengers per year) are:
- Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County
- Denver International
- Orlando International
- Phoenix Sky Harbor International
The study examined the expectations of the passengers ‘basic needs’ in their airport experience. The six factors analysed to determine the overall customer satisfaction were: airport accessibility; baggage claim; check-in/baggage check process; terminal facilities; security check; and food and retail services.
Passengers consider cleanliness of airport facilities as an important requirement when travelling. ISS Aviation Division is committed to providing a high standard of cleaning to result in greater satisfaction for their airport experience.
