ISS in the Czech Republic is awarded Project of the Year 2008 in facility management.
The International Facility Management Association (IFMA CZ) has awarded ISS in the Czech Republic with the “Project of the year” prize in the field of facility management. The prize was given to ISS for the launch of the Czech and Bulgarian part of a large ISS project to standardise facility services at a major ISS customer with branches around the world. The jury appreciated the globality and extraordinarity of the project.
Main service areas in the project are technical facility management, cleaning, office support and catering. ISS becomes the only supplier of these services instead of the customer’s previous 30 suppliers. ISS integrated among other the methods of supplies, reporting, and invoicing.
By integrating the services costs have been lowered by at least ten percent, the financial flows have become more transparent and the processes and their controlling are more efficient.
The Board of IFMA CZ also awarded Tomáš Polák, Sales & Marketing Director of ISS in the Czech Republic, a prize for long-time contribution in the field of facility management. Ing. Tomáš Polák has worked in the field of Facility Services since 2001. First in Optimal Company, which was taken over by ISS Group in 2007.
