ISS Facility Services in United Kingdom has
further strengthened its position in the Midlands and the North of England
through the acquisition of the Leeds based, Harrwood Services Limited.
Harrwood Services had a 2003 turnover of £4.5 million, with contracts
throughout the Midlands and the North. The company employs around 900 staff and
provides services to Commercial and Industrial premises as well as Local and
Central Government.
Current clients include Pifco, Manchester Care, Dorma and Carlton Cards.
Paul Mas, Managing Director for ISS Facility Services' Regions Division,
welcomed the new addition saying:
