ISS has acquired all shares in SEDE Holding SA. SEDE delivers pest control services and interior landscaping, as well as services related to water management and security equipment. SEDE employs 450 people and had a turnover of 259 DKKm in 2003. The acquisition supports ISS' expansion in the I'lle de France area(in and around Paris).

Through the SEDE Mortis brand name, SEDE is the second largest provider of pest control services in and around Paris. The Acquisition forms part of ISS' strategy to strengthen its position in the French market for pest control services.

In addition, the acquisition will add new services to the ISS service offering and expose SEDE's existing customers to the wide range of Facility Services that ISS has to offer. SEDE's customer base includes real estate management companies, social public housing and corporate clients.
