ISS is now entering the Turkish market through the acquisition of the majority of the shares in Proser S.A., the largest private cleaning and facility service provider in Turkey.
Henceforth, ISS will be operating in 42 countries throughout the world.

Proser S.A., which was established in 1994, operates in 17 cities throughout Turkey. The company had a turnover of approximately 233 million DKK in 2004. Proser has 4,200 employees. The acquisition of Proser provides ISS with a strong platform in one of OECD’s fastest growing markets.

Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Turkish antitrust authorities and normal closing conditions.
