ISS is now entering the 43rd country: New Zealand. Thereby ISS strengthens its market position in Oceania.
ISS has acquired Manchester Property Care Ltd. (MPC) and will become the third largest cleaning provider in New Zealand. MPC has an annual turnover of approx. DKK 82m and 900 employees.
"This acquisition has strategic value for ISS, since we enter an OECD-country with a healthy and stable economy", says Group CEO Eric Rylberg. "By adding New Zealand to the global ISS map, we continue to expand our geographical footprint and promote the philosophy of integrated facility services. All, in accordance with our new strategy, Route 101."
