ISS has acquired the Facility Management activities
from Siemens in Denmark. The acquisition adds to ISS' competence in general
service management and technical competence within the areas of property
services and building maintenance.
"ISS already provides complex,
integrated service solutions to a number of large Danish companies. With the
acquisition of Siemens Service Management A/S in Denmark we are now
supplementing our know-how in the field of technical services. This means we'll
be able to offer our Danish customers a more complete service package within our
main business areas catering, cleaning, property services, and office support,
says Jesper Busk, Divisional Director in ISS Facility Services A/S, Denmark.
"We decided to buy Siemens Service Management A/S, because they have an
interesting concept within service management and technical service, and
furthermore because they have skilled employees and business partners", he
says.
