Since 1936, Goodyear has been producing its world famous tyres in Brazil. In
2001, ISS Brazil was recruited to help out with internal logistics (movement of
tyres) at the Goodyear plant in Americana. Since then the contract has been
extended to two more Goodyear plants – one in Sao Paulo and one in Santa
Barabara. Also, the service range has grown, now involving services such as:
- Handling of tyres
- Forklifts
- Cleaning
- Internal security
- Landscaping
Most importantly, the cooperation between Goodyear and
ISS Brazil has taken on the character of a true business partnership. This was
confirmed in May 2004, when ISS was presented with the award for best service
supplier at the plant in Americana. The award is given to a supplier that
“delivers a high level of partnership”.

ISS Brazil employs in excess of 12.000 people within the
areas of Facility Services and internal logistics. The business is centred in
the regions of Sao Paulo, Parana, Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia.
