We recognise the importance of competent, trustworthy and cross-trained employees as the focal point for the security of the customer’s premise. Continuous oversight and guidance from superiors together with the creation of a sense of belonging helps to keep the employees motivated.
When recruiting new employees, we look in particular for an ability to combine customer service skills with comprehensive expertise as well as the physical and psychological qualities necessary for performing a variety of security operations.
At the end of the day, it is our employees’ attitude, service level and efforts that ensure we are providing the best possible tailored service to our customers.
We aim to deliver the most suitable employees. In order to maintain their high quality we conduct a range of training development courses leading, for example, to the Certificate in Security Guarding, the Certificate in Risk Control and the Workplace Safety Officer Certificate. We position licensed and audited security employees, all of whom meet the same uniform standards and training qualifications, enabling us to quickly allocate people where needed.
