Security Excellence is our systematic approach that enables us to bring a more efficient and lean security concept to the customer. Security Excellence combines tried-and-tested working methods and tools with effective procurement processes and cost optimisation. We provide a professional security concept to our customers by documenting work performance and stipulating Key Performance Indicators in relation to our Service Level Agreement. We aspire to achieve process excellence that will enable ISS to deliver services of a guaranteed consistently high quality.
United Nations Global CompactAs a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, we are committed to align our operations with the ten principles. Principle two states that Businesses should make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.
Therefore, we are committed to ensure that our security services do not contribute to human rights violations respecting international guidelines and standards for the use of force. Our Code of Conduct establishes these principles applying to all ISS operations and guides the behaviour of all employees at ISS.
