Managing customers' assets
Taking responsibility for managing our customers’ assets, ensuring minimum downtime and cost-efficient maintenance of the technical assets in our customers’ facilities require system support. The ISS systematic approach to Property Services offers an advanced asset register that provides transparency and overview. Also it enables us to provide the information necessary for business decisions.
The system facilitates the execution of planned and condition-based maintenance, as well as reactive/corrective maintenance of technical installations and ensures consistent work instructions. The system supports larger maintenance initiatives that require a project set-up to manage the execution phase.
Managing all commercial contracts
ISS Property Services provides the tools to efficiently manage building space, work place occupancy, cross-charging based on space usage and move planning based on computerised floor plans across multiple sites.
We are able to manage all commercial contracts (including tenants/lease contracts) and suppliers - ensuring that termination and renewal dates are not missed, keeping track of contract documents and providing a history log of changes.
